Rawalpindi: Additional District and Sessions Judge Khurram Salim has issued notice to prosecution on the petition filed by daughter of Bushra Bibi , wife of PTI former chairman against jail administration and sought reply on July 16.

Mubashra Sheikh in the petition filed by her through her counsel Faisal Malik advocate in the court has leveled allegations of negligence, maltreatment and inhuman attitude against jail employee Maryam.

She further alleged that mother of the petitioner complained several time about intense pain in eye but attention was not paid timely. The eye disease of Bushra Bibi kept on worsening for want of timely treatment and she had to undergo surgery immediately due to delay.

It has been said in the petition her mother lodged complaint several time against inhuman treatment of jail employee Maryam but attitude of the said lady is continuously inappropriate, insulting and non professional.

After preliminary hearing the court has sought reply from prosecution on July 16. Further hearing of the petition was adjourned till July 16.
