Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed former Subedar appeal against Court martial proceedings.

The court dismissed the appeal against court martial declaring it non maintainable.

Justice Naeem Afghan has remarked military court dismissed him from service on immoral activity. The allegation of immoral activity is very grave.

A two members bench of SC presided over by Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi took up the case for hearing.

The counsel told the court he was dismissed on account of immoral activities.

The counsel said there is no evidence or medical report against his client.

The court dismissed his appeal remarking the appeal filed against court martial is non maintainable. Therefore, it is dismissed.
