Islamabad: FIA Central Court Islamabad while rejecting Adiala jail authorities petition seeking review of decision regarding provision of amenities to Imran Khan has ordered to arrange telephonic talks of Imran Khan with his sons abroad and medical check up of PTI founder from his personal doctors.

Special judge central Shah Rukh Arjumand read out the decision.

It has been said in the decision January 10, January 28 and February 3 court orders be implemented. The court had issued order after seeing all the facts. The review petition of Adiala jail authorities is rejected.

On the other hand Adiala jail authorities have said no mention is made in jail rules and regulations about Imran Khan treatment through his personal doctor and his meeting with his sons.

Court should review its January 1o and February 3 orders.

Extra ordinary report filed by Adiala jail authorities in the court of special judge central on provision of amenities to Imran Khan in jail has come to open.

In the report Jail authorities have raised questions on court's decision on making arrangements about talks between Imran Khan and his sons abroad and treatment of Imran Khan through his personal doctor.

The report said that court's order for arranging talks of PTI founder with his sons abroad and his medical check up from his personal doctors runs contrary to basic rights of the prisoners.

Article 25 of the constitution forbids discrimination on the basis of color, cast and creed. All citizens are equal in the sight of law. The aforesaid order of court will serve as precedent in future. The court's order can be used to blackmail judicial system and force jail authorities to accept un-necessary and undue demands.

There are 93 foreign prisoners in jail at present who are aspirant to make contact with their dear and near ones outside the country. No prisoner has been given facility to make contact outside Pakistan.
