Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court Rawalpindi has issued order for implementation of sentences in respect of 47 proclaimed offenders who were convicted and sentenced in GHQ attack case.

In this regard the court has issued order to all respective deputy commissioners including deputy commissioner Rawalpindi to confiscate the property of the accused.

It has been said in the court's orders all the deputy commissioners should confiscate the property of the accused persons and file report thereof in the court.

The court has issued special orders to police to arrest the accused persons.

It is pertinent to mention here the court had awarded 10 years imprisonment and Rs 5 lac fine each to 47 accused persons including Umar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, Shehbaz Gul , Murad Saeed, Zulfi Bokhari Zartaj Gul on March 7 in GHQ attack case.

The court had also ordered to confiscate their property.
