Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has ordered that all the accused including Bushra Bibi be not arrested in cases registered against them regarding different protests.

Judge remarked during the hearing of the case " this year seems to be not good to me.

PTI lawyers said Sir, if this year is not good then give date in next year.

The judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain extended hearing of all bail pleas till January 19.

The court while hearing the bail before arrest pleas of PTI leaders under 256 Thursday extended the date in respect of all pleas till January 19.

PTI leaders Junaid Akbar, Abdul Qayyum Niazi, Shehr Yar Afridi and otherrs appeared in the court. Exemption from attendance pleas were filed on behalf of Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, Zartaj Gul, Shehram Tarkai and others.

Cases against PTI leaders are registered in connection with November 26 protest, October 4 protest, Sangjani public meeting and protest outside Supreme Court.
