Lahore: local court has ordered to register case against investigation officer and SHO Harbans Pura for misplacing forensic report of drugs case.Additional Sessions Judge Shakeeb Imran Qamar ordered prosecutor to provide forensic report.The judge said if CCPO does not register case then he should appear in the court. The copy of the case be presented in the court within two days.Judge remarked the court has to decide the case of accused on the basis of report. Court will decide what if no report is there. Police misplaced the report to benefit the accused.The court remarked several opportunities were given to investigation officer but he kept on dilly dallying whenever he appeared. In this situation CCPO is ordered to register case.
