Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has ordered to block national identity card and passport and freeze bank account of of Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder for not appearing in the court despite issuance of her arrest warrants.
The case registered in police station Sadiq Abad in connection with November protest came up for hearing in ATC Rawalpindi Friday.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah heard the case.
10 accused were present during the hearing of the case. Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder was absent.
The court confiscated surety bond of Aleema Khan.
The court ordered to confiscate property of guarantor of Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder.
Aleema Khan did not appear in the court despite issuance of the arrest warrants .
Due to non appearance of Aleema Khan the court ordered DG NADRA to block national identity card of Aleema Khan and ordered governor state bank to freeze all bank accounts.
The court ordered that passport of Aleema Khan be also blocked.
The court remarked that the accused is present every where but she does not appear in the court. The presence of the accused will be ensured at every cost.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till October 27.
