Rawalpindi: Justice Tariq Mehmood Bajwa of Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench has rejected police report on a petition seeking recovery of two missing brothers.The court has summoned SP Potohar Division on April 7Tasleem Bibi resident of Wah Cantt took the plea in the petition filed against kidnapping of his two sons that incharge chowki called his two sons Tassadaq Munir and Danish Munir on March 6 . Later chowki incharge and SHO refused to accept responsibility about detention of her two sons.The petitioner requested the court her sons be presented in the court. The matter be looked into as per law.SHO, Chowki incharge and investigating officer appeared in the court during the hearing of the case.Police presented copy of FIR registered regarding kidnapping of the two brothers.The court however rejected police progress report and summoned SP Potohar on April 7.
