Court removes objections on petition of daughter of Bushra Bibi, directs to fix it on Monday for hearing

Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has removed the objections of registrar office on the petition of daughter of Bushra Bibi besides directing to fix it for hearing on Monday after marking number on it.

The petition seeking court's order for arranging meeting with Bushra Bibi and access to personal doctor came up for hearing in IHC.

The lawyers Suleman Akram Raja, Ali Bukhari, Naeem Panjutha and Khalid Yusuf appeared in the court during the hearing of the case.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir remarked it is necessary to resort to the respective authority earlier in the matters of this nature. If jail authorities have not been approached then they should be resorted to today or tomorrow.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir remarked the case will be heard after number is marked on it on Monday.

He inquired from Suleman Akram Raja was the meeting not taking place earlier too.

The counsel told the court meeting with Bushra Bibi is arranged some time and is stopped some time . Now family meeting have been stopped.

Counsel Suleman Akram Raja took the plea the petitioner is daughter of Bushra Bibi and her meeting should not be stopped. Bushra Bibi health is not good and she has undergone surgery too. Therefore, it has been requested for early hearing being the case of emergency nature.

The court remarked objections have been removed being today last working day . The case will be heard on first working day on Monday.

Further hearing of the case was adjourned till Monday.
