Islamabad: Islamabad District Sessions Court has reserved judgment on interim bail pleas of PTI leaders Sher Afzal Marwat and Shoaib Shaheen.They are facing charges of wall chalking.Additional Sessions judge Raja Asif Mehmood Khan heard the petitions.Counsel Riasat Ali Azad said it is case of section 144 and law has not been followed therein.The court remarked the bail pleas of your other co-accused have been fixed for hearing on December 21.Accused Sher Afzal said he will not be in Pakistan on December 21. I have to go outside Pakistan. If you have to run case then " call me continuously.Accused Shoaib Shaheen said he is nominated in one case and case has been made on political basis. Allegation of wall chalking has been leveled.Judge remarked I call investigation officer and then I will make decision.It is pertinent to mention here two cases are registered against Sher Afzal Marwat and one against Shoaib Shaheen in police station Khanna.They are charged with violating section 144 and wal l chalking.
