Rawalpindi: The court while revoking the decision of declaring Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder Imran Khan proclaimed offender has approved her bail plea.

Aleema Khan was declared proclaimed offender in November 26 protest case. She had filed bail plea in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) .

During the hearing of the case Aleema Khan surrendered her before the court during the hearing of the case by judge Amjid Ali Shah.

The court while approving interim bail plea of Aleema Khan cancelled the decision of declaring her proclaimed offender.

The court while issuing notice to SHO Sadiq Abad sought record on May 21.

The court also ordered Aleema Khan to join investigation besides stopping police from arresting her.

The court ordered Aleema Khan to file surety bonds worth Rs 100000.

Aleema Khan has filed petition for arranging her meeting with Imran Khan in Adiala jail.

She took the plea in the petition she be allowed to meet her brother in jail in war emergency situation.
