Rawalpindi: Lawyer Imaan Mazari has claimed missing deputy superintendent Adiala jail has not reached home.Earlier there was information missing deputy superintendent Adiala jail has reached home.The petition regarding recovery of missing deputy superintendent Adiala Jail Muhammad Akram came up for hearing in Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench led by Justice Abdul Aziz Monday.Court sought reply from administration on eviction of deputy superintendent Adiala jail Muhammad Akram from governmental residence.Ministry of defence and ministry of interior filed reports in the court.It was told in the report Muhammad Akram is not in the custody or detention of any institution.The court ordered affidavits be filed by officers.Petitioner Memona Riaz appeared in the court along with her counsel Imaan Mazari.She took plea that family of Muhammad Akram has been dislodged from governmental residence.The court sought reply from jail administration in connection with vacation of official residence .The court observed interval during the hearing.Later counsel Imaan Mazari claimed Muhammad Ikram has not reached home so far.She said the affidavit from law enforcement agencies has no importance. Hearing will take place again in high court. We reject their report. All the situation will become clear after the hearing again.
