Islamabad: Special Judge Central Islamabad will hear arguments on September 23 on bail plea of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case.PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi have resorted to Special judge central Islamabad in Toshakhana-2 case.It has been said in the petition NAB investigating officer has not filed added report so far.Counsel Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry appeared in the court on behalf of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.Khalid Chaudhry said court had ordered on September 16 that added report be filed within three days. The court directed investigating officer to narrate the allegations in his statement on September 16. Investigating officer has not filed his statement within three days. Investigating officer be ordered to file his statement today.The petition further said state machinery is hampering the way of acquiring justice. The right to freedom is being suppressed through dilatory tactics. The use of dilatory tactics in bail plea is violation of judicial pol icy.Special judge central while summoning report today has said arguments on bail plea will be heard on September 23.The hearing of the case was adjourned.
