Lahore: Daughter of Bushra Bibi has resorted to Lahore High Court (LHC) for her meeting with her mother in Adiala jail.

According to media reports, Mubashara Khawar Monika has filed the petition through president Lahore High Court Bar Asif Naswana.

In the petition Punjab government, superintendent Adiala jail and others have been made respondents.

The petition said Bushra Bibi is imprisoned in Adiala jail at present and the petitioner is real daughter of Bushra Bibi,

It was further said in the petition that as per jail rules the petitioner has right to meet her mother in jail. As per schedule every Tuesday has been fixed for meeting with the family.

Despite repeated efforts superintendent Adiala jail is not allowing her to meet her mother in Jail. It is requested to court to order superintendent Adiala jail to arrange immediately her meeting with her mother.
