Islamabad: Decision of Rs 10 billion defamation case filed by PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal against PTI leader Murad Saeed is likely to be announced today (Wednesday)

The decision could not be announced in district and session courts Islamabad on Tuesday due to change of judge.

Additional District and Sessions judge Hakim Khan Bakhar will announce decision of this important case.

It is pertinent to mention here that additional district and sessions judge Muhammad Shabbir Bhatti had reserved judgment following completion of arguments by the respondents.

Earlier counsels of Ahsan Iqbal and Murad Saeed kept on appearing in the court. Ahsan Iqbal had recorded his statement by appearing in the court.

Ahsan Iqbal has filed Rs 10 billion defamation suit against PTI leader Murad Saeed.

Murad Saeed had leveled allegation of corruption in Sukkar-Multan motorway against Ahsan Iqbal.
