Decision taken to enhance mutual cooperation among all subordinate institutions of interior ministry

Islamabad: In an important meeting held under interior minister Mohsin Naqvi here it was decided to enhance mutual cooperation among all subordinate institutions. Addressing the meeting Mohsin Naqvi said all the institutions should benefit from each other capabilities to ease life of people.

He held timely exchange of information and data is need of hour. All the institutions will have to work together with complete harmony. He stressed that officers appointed in embassies outside the country can provide assistance to other institutions of the ministry. Therefore, full advantage should be taken of manpower of all institutions.

He directed that officers who come up to the criteria of merit be nominated for training courses so that their professional capabilities are enhanced effectively. He directed all institutions to present their recommendations as soon as possible in this respect. Interior secretary will evolve a comprehensive plan in the light of these recommendations.

He further said better coordination will not only be beneficial for people but will also yield effective results at government level. The meeting was attended by state minister for interior Talal Chaudhry, interior secretary, additional secretaries NADRA, Anti Narcotics Control, FIA, Frontier Corps , Frontier Constabulary, Rangers, National Police Academy, National Police Bureau, Passport and Immigration, Natinal Cyber Crime Investigation Agency and heads of Islamabad police.
