Islamabad: Court has adjourned till September 14 hearing of bail plea of accused Zeeshan Arshid in murder case of digital designer Hina Javed.
Additional district and session judge Nasir Ahmad took up bail plea for hearing.
As per media report, the court expressed resentment over non appearance of SHO and investigation officer during the hearing of the case.
The court remarked investigation officer went to Lahore instead of presenting record. The SHO should present record at every cost on next hearing.
Two lawyers of the arrested accused Zeeshan Arshid presented two powers of attorney.
According to court two different biometric and power of attorney were cleared from jail. Both the power of attorney were sent to superintendent jail and orders were issued to obtain clearance in respect of the two power of attorney.
The court remarked this is highly sensitive high profile case.
Family of the deceased Hina Javed while raising questions on the police investigation and attitude expressed lack of confidence.
Shah Khawar former judge high court will appear on behalf of family of the victim.
It is pertinent to mention here Hina Javed was murdered on August 20 after tying her hands and feet.
