Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered that division bench instead of single bench will hear the cases related to constitutional petitions, tax and financial matters related cases.

Additional Registrar IHC has issued notification.

The notification said division bench would hear all constitutional petitions, tax and fiscal matters.

Chief Justice IHC Sardar Sarfraz Dogar has taken this decision under the decisions of National Judicial Committee and high court rules.

Earlier single bench was hearing such cases.
