Quetta: Earth quake tremors were felt in the Zhob district and its surrounding areas in Balochistan causing panic among the citizens.

According to the Seismological Center earthquake of a magnitude of 4.8 on the Richter scale struck at a depth of 10km, with its epicenter located 135km southeast of Zhob.

People came out of their homes and offices due to quake tremors.

However no casualties or financial loss has been reported so far.

The authorities are directing the citizens to follow safety protocols.
