Islamabad: Election Commission (EC) has adjourned till March 3 hearing of PTI intra party election case.

Chairman PTI barrister Ali Gohar Khan has said intra party election was held as per law and constitution but they are not being acknowledged. On the other side certificate to several political parties were issued after us.

He said this while talking to media men outside Election Commission (EC) on Tuesday.

Barrister Gohar said we have told EC FIA had taken away all our record with them which has not been returned so far to us.

He underlined we had given date before holding election. There were million of voters of PTI but non of them complained. Not a single voter lodged complaint that level playing field had not been given.

Our case was heard by three members. We held election on March 03. Our election was fair and transparent. Those who held election after PTI were issued clearance certificate but we have not received clearance certificate so far. We have filed our reply . Today we have filed reply that our record is held by FIA.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till March 4.
