Islamabad: Election Commission (EC) has disqualified Senator Ejaz Chaudhry, Ahmad Khan Bhachar and Ahmad Chatha.

The seats of assembly in respect of these three legislators have become vacant.

EC has issued notice of disqualification in respect of senator Ejaz Chaudhry.

EC has said Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has awarded 10 years sentence to Ejaz Chaudhry, therefore, he has become disqualified now.

Like wise EC has declared Ahmad Chatha from NA-66 Wazir Abad disqualified. Ahmad Khan Bhachar has been de-seated from PP-87 Mianwali.

According to EC they have been de-seated following the decisions by Anti Terrorism Courts.

These three seats have fallen vacant now following the notification by EC. By polls will be held on these seats now.
