Islamabad: Election Commission (EC) while announcing decision on the matter related to reserved women seats of JUI-F in National Assembly (NA) has rejected plea of Hina Bibi from JUI-F.

EC while rejecting petition of Hina Bibi from JUI-F has decided to maintain Sadaf Ehsan as Member of National Assembly (MNA) and not to de-notify her.

Hina Bibi had taken plea in the petition that name of Sadaf Ehsan was not included in the priority list of JUI-F. Therefore, she can not be declared elected on reserved seat.

Following the decision of EC, Hina Bibi has right to resort to election tribunal to challenge this decision.
