Islamabad: Election Commission (EC) has reserved judgment on PTI leader Raja Khurram Nawaz petition regarding change of Election Tribunal (ET).Petition by Raja Khurram Nawaz regarding change of ET came up for hearing in EC Thursday.A 4-member bench of EC presided over by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja took up the petition for hearing .The counsels of Ali Bokhari and Raja Khurram Nawaz appeared in the court.Counsel for Ali Bokhari said how the proceeding has to be done. I want to read paragraph about it.Member KP said to my view he has read it three to four times.CEC remarked , no, n0, read it what you want to read.Counsel for Ali Bokhari said lack of trust instead of 62 has been written in what amended petition has come, Word has been changed . All the grounds are the same what were in the previous petition.Counsel for Raja Khurram Nawaz said law does not prevent me that we make amendment in the petition. it was said from their side that we used wrong langu age. They have no trust on system. To us this system has given powers.The counsel for Ali Bokhari said to my view these all thing have already been said.
