Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued written order of election amendment act.Justice Shakil Ahmad of LHC issued 2-page written order in respect of election amendment act.According to written order notice was issued to Election Commission of Pakistan, federal government and all political parties.The court summoned Attorney General (AG) on August 30 for assistance.Justice Shakil Ahmad remarked according to petitioner Supreme Court has given decision of the parts related to reserved seats.The petitioner said member cannot abolish the decision of bench by making amendment in parliament act. It is requested that amendment be declared null and void.
