ISLAMABAD: Election Tribunal (ET)) Islamabad has ordered Returning Officer (RO) to file Forms 45, 46 and 47 in NA-46 rigging case.Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked we will see according to law. What ever happens, we will decide.The appeal plea filed by PTI backed candidate Aamir Mughal in NA-46, Islamabad against alleged rigging came up for hearing before Election Tribunal led by Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri Thursday.PML-N MNA Anjum Aqil Khan appeared before ET along with his counsel.The counsel for Election Commission (EC) told the ET during the hearing of the case copies of petitions have not become available. We have filed forms 45, 46 and 47.Upon it the ET directed the petitions to provide copies to EC.The counsel for Returning Officer (RO) told the court he has been made party a day before. Give me some time I will give reply.The court ordered RO to file forms 45, 46 and 47.Petition was filed by PML-N MNA,Anjum Aqeel Khan . He took the plea petition of Aamir Mughal is no t maintainable because the requirements were not met.The court directed counsel of Aamir Mughal on the petition filed by Anjum Aqeel Khan.ET inquired the gazette notification about victory of Anjum Aqeel Khan is of what date.The counsel for Aamir Mughal told the ET notification is of February 19.The counsel for EC told notification is dated February 13. The petition filed by Aamir Mughal is time barred.ET Islamabad has ordered RO to file Forms 45, 46, 47 in NA-46 rigging case.The ET adjourned the hearing of the case.
