Lahore: One day exemption plea in respect of Former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has been filed in the court in money laundering case.

The exemption plea has been filed by counsel for Pervaiz Elahi in special central court Lahore.

The petition said Pervaiz Elahi is unwell and doctors have advised rest for him. The counsel requested the court to approve one day exemption plea of Pervaiz Elahi. It is pertinent to mention here court has already sought arguments from the lawyers on acquittal plea of Pervaiz Elahi.
