Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought detailed report from intelligence agencies and respective institutions in recovery of missing Faizan case besides directing to include Faizan in the investigation.The court in its order issued on Wednesday called detailed report from all intelligence agencies about mobile numbers and tracing of vehicles remarking all the respective institutions should file detailed report in the court within 7 days.Justice Babar Sattar remarked people are lifted and their families are threatened.Judge Babar Sattar took up for hearing the petition filed by Usman Khan for recovery of his missing son Faizan.Counsel for petitioner Imman Mazari, Hadi Chatha, state counsel and police authorities appeared in the court.The counsel for petitioner told the court during hearing of the case Faizan was left on Monday morning.The court inquired from police authorities did you make any investigation from him. Who took him and he went where.Police authorities told the court i nvestigation has not been made so far. One video was uploaded.The court while expressing displeasure for not conducting the investigation remarked that video was uploaded from where.Police told the court they have contacted IT walas in this regard.Justice Babar Sattar while expressing annoyance remarked 4 days have passed and you could not conduct investigation.The court while summoning IG Islamabad announced interval in the hearing of the case.IG Islamabad appeared in the court on resumption of hearing after interval.Justice Babar Sattar remarked " IG Sahb was there any ambiguity in my order.IG Islamabad told the court there was no ambiguity. I talked to all intelligence agencies. I wrote to PTA and IB in connection with data of two numbers. CDR analysis has yet to be done. Internet protocol detailed record is still pending. Internet protocol detailed record has been sought from IB and PTA.IG Islamabad further said SP, investigating officer and SHO went to father of Faizan Usman 6 times following return of his son in home. Our meeting was not arranged with Usman Faizan. We contacted agencies. We held meeting with PTA to trace twitter account.Justice Babar Sattar remarked the vehicles pertained to whom. You were to trace and what you found. Do you have no capability to speak truth. You are saying person of 17 years old will speak the truth.IG Islamabad said he has met with heads of intelligence agencies.Justice Babar Sattar remarked case does not stand finished on return of the abducted person. People are lifted and their family members are threatened.The court while seeking mobile numbers and detailed report about tracing the vehicles from all intelligence agencies remarked detailed report be filed within 7 days.The court directed to include Faizan in investigation.The abducted Faizan is extremely traumatized. Therefore, he be not included in investigation just now.IG Islamabad replied I will do it.The court adjourned the hearing of the case.
