Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing fake degree case in respect of justice Tariq Jahangiri on December 01.

Chief Justice IHC Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan will hear the case.

Supreme Court has already issued the order to settle the matter of maintainability of the case.

It is pertinent to mention here that the case was fixed for hearing on November 25 but it was adjourned without proceedings.
