Lahore: Provincial minister Azma Bukhari has recorded her statement in the court in her fake video viral case. Judicial magistrate of district kutchery Naeem Wattoo heard the case on making the fake video of Azma Bukhari viral Wednesday.Azma BUkhari appeared in the court along with her counsel Ali Bukhari. Azma Bukhari while giving statement on rostrum said if I am permitted I have to say two or three things. I am not accused but I am complainant in this case. Injustice has been done to me. You know I have to face what.She said a u-tuber made tweet my arrest warrants were issued. Tell me when my arrest warrants were issued. This U-tuber is standing in court room. Ask him if arrest warrants have been issued.U-Tuber apologized to Azma Bukhari in court room.Azma Bukhari said this is matter of honor of a woman. This was not any ordinary civil case. My fake video was made and then it was made viral. I am passing through what agony, you cannot imagine . It is my request I may be allowed to record my statem ent through video link.Azma Bukhari further said she has to say with regret if case has to run this way then courts should be closed. I am facing security threats. Therefore I had said I should be placed on video link.Judicial magistrate Naeem Wattoo remarked we have too much respect for woman. Our decisions tell how we deal such cases. The delay has not occurred due to court but your associates came here and kept on getting date. We faced the criticism.The accused Falak Javed was presented in the court on court's order. Later Azma Bukhari recorded her statement.She said she was seeing social media on the night between July 24 and 25 , 2025 in her room. Some videos came before her eyes which were being labeled in her name. Caption of video was this any one of my video has been leaked. Falak Javed had placed that video on tweet and later it was on the whole social media.Bitter remarks were exchanged between Azma Bukhari and Falak Javed in the court room during the statementThe court made Azma Bukha ri and Falak Javed silent.The counsel said this case is being delayed since one year.Judge Naeem Wattoo remarked there is no special treatment in this case. If some one says in court that case be fixed at 1 pm then I don't refuse.Azma Bukhari said special treatment is being given to accused. She keeps on sitting in court and come here prepared from jail.The court fixed September 12 for cross questioning on Azma Bukhari statement and adjourned the proceedings.NCCIA has filed challan against Falak Javed and other accused persons in the case for making fake video viral.
