ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed representative of ministry of interior to appear in person on the petition filed by former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry seeking removal of his name from Exit Control list (ECL) besides adjourning the hearing of the case till July 09.Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq remarked " I am giving permission to all to go abroad. It is summer season and every one is going abroad . Government has also placed names in ECL on whole sale basis.He gave these remarks during hearing of the case on Friday. CJ IHC while hearing the case issued orders summoning representative of interior ministry on July 9.The CJ IHC while addressing counsel for Fawad Chaudhry said Is Fawad Chaudhry name on ECL or PNIL. Case was simple. You have made it complicated. You have challenged PNIL law too. Notice will have to be issued to Attorney General (AG) when law is challenged.The CJ IHC while addressing Deputy Attorney General (DAG) remarked I don't know which lists have been prepa red. Every thing of Fawad Chaudhry is here. He will not return here why. Fawad Chaudhry has to go for three or four weeks . He will return.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till July 09.
