Islamabad: Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) while issuing notice to provincial government in the case against sacking employees appointed in KP during care taker government has sought reply from them.
The case against sacking employees appointed in KP during care taker government came up for hearing in FCC Thursday.
A 2-member bench adjourned the hearing of the case.
Counsel Khushal Khan said the sitting government sacked the employees.
The court remarked government got approved employees sacking act from provincial assembly.
Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi said the elected government formed policy after coming into power.
The FCC issued notice to KP government.
The court issued notice to higher education department and advocate general KP besides adjourning the hearing of the case for indefinite period.
