Islamabad:District and Session courts Islamabad has handed over the accused Noman to police on physical remand for five days in the alleged fraud and suicide case of former female student of Islamic University.

The accused was presented in the court of judicial magistrate Zunaira Zafar with covered face.

Police requested the court for granting 10 days physical remand of the accused.

Investigation officer took the plea complete scrutiny of all the facts and incidents of case are essential. More investigation is required in the light of available evidence and initial investigation.

Determination of alleged role of the accused and verification of evidence are made in the incident. Verification of the relevant things and other possible evidence will be made from the accused.

It is pertinent to mention here body of female student Laiba was found hanging on tree and case against the accused was registered in police station Ramna.

On the other side the university record has come to light in student Laiba Ejaz case.

According to documents Laiba Ejaz was registered in International Islamic University in 2019. She sought admission into BSc Physics degree class and her record bears status of her completion of BSc degree.

Home address and national identity card of the student are also mentioned in university record.

As per record Laiba Ejaz was not studying in university now.
