Rawalpindi: Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, on Tuesday visited the National Defence University (NDU), Islamabad, where he addressed graduating officers of the National Security and War Course comprising participants from all three armed services.

In his address, the Field Marshal highlighted the evolving character of warfare and underscored the importance of strategic clarity and institutional professionalism in addressing emerging security challenges.

He praised the role of the National Defence University in preparing future military and civil leadership capable of responding effectively to hybrid, conventional and sub-conventional threats with confidence and foresight.
