Islamabad: During the hearing of case related to payment of compensation of land , Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered Revenue department to scrutinize the relevant documents and present the report thereof.

During the hearing of the case the court remarked if CDA cannot do its work then send it to FIA. Corruption occurs in the institutions. There should be some method for verification.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked unfortunately the war in the system is over devouring haram (corruption). The officers sitting in government offices get salary and take bribery too.

You came after giving decision in favor in 2021 . You did not process it. If record is not there then should we imagine all is fake.

The petitioner came on rostrum and took the plea he has performed his duty honestly during service . Should now I give bribe. Now third generation is running. But decision is not being made. My father died while contesting case.

The court ordered the revenue department to scrutinize the documents and file report thereof.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till December 10.
