Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) has directed counsel to file reply in connection with petition filed against acquittal of the accused in forced marriage with under age girl.

The petition against acquittal of accused Imran from trial court in the case pertaining to forced marriage with underage girl of Baldia Ittehad Town Saturday.

During the hearing of the case the counsel for the accused sought time for filing reply.

Upon it the court directed to file reply at every cost on next hearing.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till May 12.
