Islamabad: Former chairman NADRA and Global digital identity and digital public infrastructure expert Tariq Malik has been named among the DPI 50.
This global list recognises 50 leaders helping shape the development and responsible use of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) worldwide.
The honor was announced in New York on Tuesday on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) meetings.
The DPI 50 has been launched by Apolitical in collaboration with the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on GovTech and Digital Public Infrastructure.
This is second major global distinction earned by Tariq Malik in 2026.
Earlier this year, he was included in Okta's Identity 25, a list which recognizes leaders and innovators shaping future of digital identity.
