Peshawar:Following the imposition of governor rule and declaration of emergency in KP, former Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has been detained in his house and heavy contingent of police have been deployed.

According to police sources, Ali Amin Gandapur has been detained in his house by the police and heavy contingent of police have been deployed outside his residence.

In this regard Ali Amin Gandapur has given message on social media that police have detained him in his home. This is highly regrettable and condemnable. We don’t fear. Struggle will continue.

Some PTI workers staged protest at Bacha Khan Chowk on PTI Peshawar call but police dispersed them forthwith.

Police are reported to have arrested 59 PTI workers in Swabi.

As per media report containers have been sent to Jahangira Pull, Peshawar-Islamabad Motorway, river Indus pull and other areas.
