Islamabad: Information Minister Atta Ullah Tarar has said international media has given headlines of corruption to the decision regarding 190 million pounds case.

"this was an open and shut case. PTI founder should give reply to corruption rather than hiding behind religious card, he said this while talking to media men here Wednesday.

"International media gave the decision on 190 million pounds case headlines of corruption. Solid evidence in respect of this case were available. Husband and wife grabbed 200 kanal land in corruption. Trust was made. Rings were obtained. Home valuing Rs 250 million was built in Lahore. No precedent of corruption bigger than this is found in the history of country. he added.

He indicated sealed envelope was brought in cabinet meeting. Supreme Court also said the money was taken from one hand and given to other hand.

He went on to say amount of government of Pakistan was misused. Billions of rupees were extorted from the people.

He remarked 190 million pounds was an open and shut case. The money which was confiscated was owned by government of Pakistan.

He observed PTI is now linking this case to religion . Religion should be kept out of politics. He should give reply to his corruption and bribery.

No solid evidence are being presented before court, he held. All legal formalities should be included in this case. PTI founder should not play politics. He should give reply to corruption. PTI social media team has raised too much hue and cry.
