Governor Punjab met protesting CSS students, vowing to raise their concerns

Lahore: Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan called the CSS exam students protesting in front of Governor House Lahore to the Governor House and listened to their concerns. During the meeting, the students expressed their reservations about holding CSS 2025 before the announcement of the CSS exam 2024 results.

Punjab Governor, Sardar Saleem Haider Khan assured students that he will personally convey their concerns to President Asif Ali Zardari, ensuring their voices are heard. He expressed his committment to preventing any exploitation or mistreatment of the students. The Governor Punjab said that the students are our real asset and the future of Pakistan. He said that the young generation should play a positive role in tranforming the country to meet modern requirements. The Governor Punjab said that students should not become part of anyone's anti-national agenda. He said that he is personally working for the improvement and development of higher educational institutions. The Governor of Punjab further said that no nation can progress without a strong economic and academic foundation.

The students said that for the first time in the history of the Federal Public Service Commission, a new CSS exam has been announced before the results of the 2024 written exam. They said that the future of thousands of students is at stake with this move of Federal Public Service Commission.
