Karachi: Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori has challenged Sindh High Court (SC) decision related to office lock up in Supreme Court (SC) Karachi registry.

SC Karachi registry said this is constitutional petition and its hearing will take place before constitutional bench in Islamabad.

Counsel for Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori filed petition against SHC decision in SC Karachi registry.

The petition said no one including principal secretary stopped acting governor Sindh Owais Qadir Shah from holding meeting. Video evidence are available in this regard` that full protocol was given to acting governor,

The petitioner has taken plea in the petition as per law acting governor cannot be given access to Governor House. SHC wrapped up the petition without hearing our stance.
