Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has remarked that government apathy in missing brothers case is regrettable.IHC issued written order of the hearing of recovery of two missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani case Saturday.The order said nothing could become known about the brothers of Azhar Mashwani who are missing since June 6.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb issued one page written order.The order said Additional Attorney General (AAG) told that it is expected Attorney General (AG) would meet Prime Minister (PM) on this matter. Weak reply was given by government to court.It was further said in the order court does not hope chief executive of the country will pay attention in this case. The apathy by the respondents in this matter is regrettable. The counsel of the petitioner has given partial arguments. Case be fixed before available bench on next hearing.
