Islamabad: Government has decided to establish National Artificial Intelligence Fund (NAIF). As per media reports, 30 percent of IGNITE Research Development Fund will be provided to NAIF which aims at extending support to Artificial Intelligence Technologies (AIT). According to documents Centre of Excellence Network will be established in different cities in artificial intelligence. Centre of Excellence will be set up in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore. The proposal for establishment of innovation fund and venture fund is under consideration for innovation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) department.
