Islamabad:JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has become active in connection with talks between government and PTI.

According to sources Maulana Fazlur Rehman has become active to end the deadlock created in talks process between government and PTI.

Sources said government and PTI both are ready to make Maulana Fazlur Rehman mediator in the talks.

Sources said government and opposition has formally requested Maulana Fazlur Rehman to play role of mediator in talks.

On the other side Maulana Fazlur Rehman has informed the parties about his basic conditions for becoming mediator.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said in clear terms that he would first review both the parties are how much serious in resolving the problem and he will decide about becoming mediator or otherwise after reviewing replies of both the parties.

Sources said if both the sides agree on basic matters then Maulana Fazlur Rehman will play the role of mediator.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman has assured both the parties during the meeting with the delegations of PTI and government, the way can be carved out with serious and selfless efforts.

He advised if both the parties accept each other stance then mid way will come out.

Sources added Maulana Fazlur Rehmna has warned if deadlock persists and force was used against long march then nothing will be left.

Sources disclosed that meeting is likely between Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Prime Minister following the green signal by JUI-F chief.
