Govt refuses to constitute JC on May 9 incidents

Islamabad: Government negotiation team has worked out its reply to the written demands of PTI on the matter of negotiations between government and PTI besides refusing to constitute Judicial Commission (JC) on May 9 incidents.

According to sources it has been made clear in the reply JC cannot be constituted on May 9 incident. JC is constituted on the matter which are not pending hearing in the court. May 9 cases are pending in courts. Some accused have been sentenced by military courts. The list of persons who went missing with reference to November 26 and details of arrested persons be presented.

According to government sources how can any step be taken for release unless the name and details are available.

As per government sources it has been said too PTI has claimed killings have taken place. Details of these killings be provided so that serious headway could be made in this regard.

Government committee will present its written reply to speaker National Assembly within a few days.

Following the receipt of reply from government negotiation committee, Speaker Ayyaz Sadiq will decide about 4th meeting after consultation with the both parties.
