Govt taking steps on priority basis for promotion of business to business relations between Pakistan and China: PM


Islamabad: Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has said government is taking steps on priority basis for promotion of business to business relations between Pakistan and China.



Provision of investors friendly environment in the country is being ensured, he said this during his meeting with a four member delegation led by Chairman of Service Long March Tyres Private Limited Jin Yongsheng in Islamabad.



PM said government believes in durable, transparent, sustainable, and facility-based investment framework. Every possible facility is being provided to investors through the platform of Special Investment Facilitation Council.



He held Service Long March like joint ventures are very important for economic growth , , new job opportunities, technology sharing and increased exports of both countries.



Appreciating Pakistan investors friendly policies and economic moves of government, Chairman of Service Long March Tyres Private Limited Jin Yongsheng gave briefing on new investment projects of the company.



It was told during the briefing company is placing special focus on exports and its exports revenue in the fiscal year 2024-25 remained 54 million US dollars.



Minister for investment Qaisar Ahmad Sheikh, State minister for finance and Railways Bilal Azhar Kiyani and special assistant to PM Haroon Akhtar and other senior officials also attended the meeting.
