Haveli lakha: Khawar Farid Monika and his son Moosa Monika have been acquitted in the case related to occupation of grave yard land and construction thereon.

The decision regarding occupation of land of Haveli Lakha graveyard and construction thereon has been announced.

Special judge Anti corruption Sahiwal Masood ul Hassan has released the decision.

Khawar Farid Monika and his son Moosa Monika have been acquitted in the case. The second son Ibrahim Monika has been declared proclaimed offender and order for his arrest has been issued.

Khawar Farid Monika and Moosa Monika were present in the court at the time of announcement of decision.

It is pertinent to mention here the case of Haveli Lakha grave yard was registered by Anti Corruption Okara 3 years before.
