Karachi: The accused persons including Tanvir Pasta in Gul Plaza tragedy case have challenged police investigation in city court.

Tanvir Pasta and others have filed petitions through their counsels including Sheikh Javed Mir.
The petition said SBCA, KMC and fire brigade be made accused or investigation be conducted again. A joint investigation team along with the representatives of intelligence agencies be constituted for investigation again.
The petitioners took the plea police have tried to hide the inefficiency of government departments.
According to Sheikh Javed Mir, counsel for the petitioner that making 11 years old Hazeefa accused with other accused persons is violation of law. The case of Hzeefa, 11 be separated.
It is pertinent to mention here police had nominated Tanvir Pasta and others while filing challan in the court after its investigation.
