Islamabad: One petitioner has withdrawn his petition in the case against private Tour Operators Hajj Quota.

The miscellaneous petition of the private tour operators came up for hearing in Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Chaudhry Osama Tariq advocate appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner.

Chaudhry Osama Tariq Advocate said name of my client is included in the list of petitioners in central case. I am director of company and case was not in my knowledge. He came to know a day before that name of his company is included in the petitioners.

According to petitioner my name was included in the list without my consent which is not known to me. I have come from Quetta for this reason. Court is requested to issue order for removing my name from the petitioners of central case.

The court approved miscellaneous petition of private Tour Operator.
