Rawalpindi: Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi has emphasized the need for firm action against any narrative that threatens national unity and stability.Addressing a press conference in Rawalpindi on Sunday, Muhammad Hanif Abbasi said that the martyrs of Pakistan laid down their lives to put the country on the path of peace and development, and the nation stands united in saluting their sacrifices.Hanif Abbasi said that Pakistan is reclaiming its rightful place in the international community due to the sacrifices of its martyrs and the unwavering commitment of the armed forces.The Minister criticized PTI and its founder for their attempts to create instability through an anti-state narrative. He said such campaigns target the country's institutions and will not be tolerated.Hanif Abbasi said PTI's recent actions, including its negative campaigns and the events of May 9, 2023 have exposed the party's intentions. He said that the attacks on military installations on 9th May desecrated the sanc tity of national heroes and martyrs.He said all those who act against the country's interests must be held accountable.
