Rawalpindi: Judge Nasir Javed of Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has adjourned till November 13 the hearing of 190 million pounds case against PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi due to non receipt of orders from high court.Former chairman PTI was presented in the court Monday on the occasion of hearing.Bushra Bibi too came to jail in connection with hearing of the case.Faisal Chaudhry counsel for the accused told the court Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered that acquittal pleas be decided first.The court replied no order has been received from IHC so far in this regard.Counsel for NAB took the plea as the accused are in the court therefore, their statements under 342 be recorded.The counsel for the accused took the plea the questionnaire comprises 79 questions. Time is needed in this respect.Therefore, 14 days time be given in connection with statement under 342.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till November 13.
